Hapi offered a good location near the Nile, with a rooftop breakfast providing a nice view. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast options included unlimited coffee and a variety of foods. The staff, while slightly formal, were kind and helpful, addressing requests efficiently. The hotel features a business center equipped with a fax machine and photocopier, which proved useful for my work needs.
The WiFi only worked in the lobby, inconvenient.

Great location: within walking distance to the train station, directly at the big souk, many food, shopping and ATMs just around the corner. The Corniche along the Nile with floating restaurants, ferry to Elephantine Island etc. around the corner.
Some of the staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant did not seem to be trained. The manager seemed cheeky to me. The breakfast was monotonous and not very nutritious. Room dark, only window with side view to Nile.

Super location, directly at the Cornish Road... you could reach a lot on foot like the Tabia Mosque, cash dispensers, restaurants also Mc. Donald and you have a great view to the city and the Nile.
The only problem is that there is no hair dryer in the rooms. You can borrow one at the reception, but you should bring it back soon, because it is the only one. But not so wild.

Clean and ideal place with competent and efficient staff especially the manager of the hotel. Good location, at a medium distance from Aswan Old Souks Market. It also was close to a river and a harbour.

The hotel provided good prices. Really enjoyed how lovely small and pretty standard the property was and its efficient staff especially the manager of the venue. We were offered rich and good breakfast with a view on the nile. Close to the hotel there was a train station.
Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi didn't work.

A charming view to remember
The breakfast was a highlight, with a substantial variety that kept us fueled for our adventures. The rooftop offered a good view of the Nile.
The room was quite noisy due to street sounds, and the WiFi connection was unreliable. These factors diminished our overall comfort .

I enjoyed the location near the Nile. It made exploring the area easy. The breakfast had a decent variety and was substantial enough to fill us up before our tours. The staff was very helpful, even packing our breakfast for early trips. My room was rather noisy at night, particularly because it faced the street and the noise continued until around 3 AM. The WiFi was another downside. It barely worked, especially in the room. I expected better connectivity for the price we paid.

A minibar, satellite television and climate control in the room and the big bed. Street view, very very helpful employees especially the manager of the hotel.
A bit small bathroom.

The property has a convenient and magnificent location, so close to the ferry. Also, it's easy walk to Aswan Bazaar...
Their breakfast is bad, can definitely be improved.

Hapi Hotel in Aswan was a pleasant surprise! The location near the Nile made exploring hassle-free, and breakfast on the rooftop was a treat with fine views. Just a heads up, the WiFi was spotty, and my room had some noise late at night, but overall, it was a solid stay.

Hapi is a clean and simple hotel with a great location near the city center. The view of the nile is fantastic from the rooftop. I also appreciated the friendly service, especially at breakfast, where the staff packed meals for our early tours.

great access to attractions and lovely park views
I enjoyed my stay as the easy access to the nearby unfinished obelisk and the fine Aswan Botanical Garden provided the perfect backdrop for my city strolls, each day starting with a good breakfast box that set me up for exploring the area with a full belly.
